Welcome to TRUSTED. By accessing and using our quantitative trading platform, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions (T&C). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. General Provisions

1.1. TRUSTED is a platform that offers automated quantitative trading services focused primarily on the cryptocurrency market.

1.2. The Platform operates strictly as a software service provider and does not constitute a financial advisory firm, bank, or investment fund.

2. Risks Associated with Trading

2.1. Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk. Market volatility can lead to significant financial losses. While our algorithms are designed to optimize entry and exit points, profit is not guaranteed.

2.2. The User acknowledges and accepts that the value of digital assets can fluctuate drastically and that total loss of the invested capital is a possibility.

2.3. TRUSTED is not responsible for any financial loss incurred by the User while using the automated trading services.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using the supported cryptocurrencies (e.g., USDT) on the designated networks.

3.2. The User is solely responsible for ensuring that funds are sent to the correct wallet address provided by the Platform. Funds sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered, and TRUSTED assumes no liability.

3.3. Processing times for deposits and withdrawals depend on network congestion. TRUSTED aims to process withdrawals promptly but does not guarantee instant execution.

3.4. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as applicable fees, will be clearly indicated on the corresponding pages within the Platform.

4. Account Security

4.1. The User is strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including passwords.

4.2. Any activity originating from the User's account will be considered authorized by the User.

4.3. TRUSTED will never ask for the User's password. In case of suspected unauthorized access, the User must immediately notify support.

5. Prohibited Activities

5.1. The User agrees not to:

• Exploit vulnerabilities or bugs within the Platform.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers (other than the tools provided by the Platform) to interact with our systems.
• Engage in money laundering or any illegal financial activities.
• Create multiple accounts to exploit the referral system or promotional bonuses.

5.2. Violation of these rules will result in the immediate suspension or permanent ban of the account, along with the potential confiscation of funds.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. TRUSTED does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure against cyber attacks.

6.2. In the event of extreme market volatility (e.g., flash crashes) or API failures from third-party exchanges, TRUSTED algorithms may not perform as expected. The User assumes all responsibility for these external market conditions.

7. Modifications to the Terms

7.1. TRUSTED reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time, without prior notice, and continued use of the Platform constitutes automatic acceptance of such amendments.

7.2. The User is solely responsible for periodically reviewing updates.

8. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

8.1. By clicking “Accept,” creating an account, or using the Platform in any capacity, the User confirms that:

• They have read this document;
• They understand its content;
• They accept it in full;
• They waive any present or future claims toward TRUSTED or its administration regarding deposited funds or the outcomes of Platform usage.
